Many of our dogs are unclaimed strays pulled from local shelters who are urgent (at risk of being destroyed due to expired time/lack of space). The rescue was started for poodles in need but as the rescue grew they expanded to include all types of dogs. Each dog rescue has their own requirements, some require you have a fenced yard, proof you administer your current/past pets heartworm meds, etc. Cats in our care are fully vetted and temperament screened, then placed in nurturing and loving.
